FAQ’s about our products

What is your most popular material?

Our most popular material is our premium paper labels. They are the cheapest & most cost-effective but are also very high-quality laser printer.

Why can you cut to any size on the vinyl but not the paper?

Our premium paper labels are printed on to pre-cut sheets of labels. We stock a full range of shapes & sizes to offer you as much selection as possible. Our vinyl labels and printed and cut at the same time, suggesting they can be cut to any shape/size you need (within reason)

What do you mean by multiple artwork?

Multiple artworks suggest you can split the print run across up to 12 different artworks at no extra cost! If you have to need various quantities e.g. 100 of one type, 250 of different, you will need to consider this in the order comments. Otherwise, quantities will be split evenly.

Where do I select finishing options?

All finishing options that are available on the product can be picked on the product page.

Can you print my label in a custom shape?

Yes, we can! You can navigate to our custom shaped labels by choosing products in the main menu. Please email us with your artwork before placing an order just to check the design shape isn’t too complicated.

Can you guys help me with artwork?

Sure. If you have any artwork queries, or need help setting up your artwork in the right format/size, we can help you with that! If you would like us to design the artwork for you please put it all in an email and we will see what we can do!

Can you check my artwork before I place my order?

We certainly can! Feel free to email your artwork to help@stickers2go.co.uk and we will check it over for you!

My artwork is too big to upload, how do I send it?

If your artwork is too big to upload through our site, please email it to help@stickers2go.co.uk

How do I upload multiple artwork?

If you are splitting your order across various orders, you have a few options for sending us over your artwork. At the final step of checkout, there will be an option to upload multiple files. Alternatively, you can either email your artwork to us at help@stickers2go.co.uk

Are some finishes not available on some materials?

Although our range is wide when it comes to materials and finishes, not every finish is available on every product. You can use filters when browsing all products to show you what is and what isn’t available.

Can I test the material before buying?

Of course, you can, in fact, we advise it! We want you to be fully happy with the material and the print quality before placing an order.

FAQ’s about shipping

Can you send order in plain packaging to my clients?

We get asked this question a lot, & the answer is yes we do! Once you have attached your products to the cart, you will be able to select ‘Send in PLAIN PACKAGING’. We will then post out your order with no reference to Stickers2GO

Why is shipping free?

We want to make your order the best price it possibly can be, so we will cover the shipping charges! If you are in the UK, the postage will be free – please use the shipping calculator is you need your labels posted elsewhere.

How long does delivery take once dispatched?

All our orders to the UK are sent out on a first class service. Our standard turn about time to print and dispatch is 48 hours. We can’t be held responsible for any courier problems, i.e. Traffic, strikes & other delays.

FAQ’s about your orders and re-ordering

Can I view the artwork I uploaded from previous orders?

Sure! If you select the order quantity of the order you wish to see it, you will be able to see all the products you ordered & view the artwork uploaded along with it. If your artwork wasn’t uploaded through the website, you won’t be able to view this here.

How can I order a re-print of a previous order?

If you head to your account, and select a previous order quantity there will be ‘Re-Order This’ buttons underneath each product. Clicking the button will add that exact order to the cart, & reference your previous order quantity. You can navigate to the cart and check out which will come through to us and we will print your order exactly the same as before.

Can I change the quantity and finishing options when re-ordering?

Sure! You will require to navigate to the same product page as your previous order and kept your finishing options and size etc. Make sure to chose the same dimensions as before (if dimensions are changed we will send you a new proof). Instead of uploading your artwork you will be able to select that it is a reprint and input your previous order number. Please note, reprints will be attached directly to the print queue and you won’t be sent a PDF proof unless requested.
